PIG KILLS SLAUGHTERMANFRAZEE, Minnesota -- A pig being slaughtered accidentally jumped on a rifle, causing it to go off and kill a slaughterman.John Matson was hit by a single bullet when the pig, which had been shot, lurched forward and knocked the rifle over. It went off, hitting 55-year-old Matson at the slaughterhouse in Frazee, Minnesota. He was taken to a hospital in nearby Fargo, North Dakota where he died. The shooting was ruled an accident by officials. |
